We recommend to cook “Al Dente”, firm to a bite. :>
COOKING TIME: 12~15 minutes (do not exceed 18 minutes for test)
Boil water (600ml~800ml) in a cooking pot. Use enough water to cover the pasta completely, plus an extra 2 inches on top.
No need to add salt or oil. Cook rice pasta on high heat, stirring a few times. Test for doneness.
Drain and add your favorite sauce or just olive oil, black pepper, sea salt and seasoning. If prefer softer doneness, may like to keep low heat and stirring with sauce and other ingredients for 3~5 minutes to mix all ingredients well.
Keep the water after drain the pasta, you may like to use to make white sauce :
add garlic, dried seasoning, milk and your favorite kinds of cheese; or
to make any soup you like such as onion soup, corn chicken soup, pumpkin soup, etc.
